Description
Originating from the Philippine island of Cebu, this roast utilizes the whole pork belly slab, which is deboned and marinated in our special aromatic spices and lemongrass rub. The whole belly is then tied up in a roll after the skin receives a gentle treatment of needle pricking before it is slowly roasted.
This allows the fats and oils to seep out, turning the skin of the belly roll crunchy.
